How do you make exercise a habit?
This question is one I’m faced with daily and I’m constantly trying to find the best answer.

Last night I watched a documentary on Netflix called “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead.”
This documentary followed the journey of an Australian man named Joe Cross who went on a 60 day juice fast to help him lose weight and regain his health.

I’m sure people have had success while having either opinion, but how much do calories really matter? Do we really need to stress over them so much?
I read a fantastic article recently about calories that I wanted to share with you. You can take a look at the article here.

Take a look and let me know what you think.
Have a GREAT day!

Whenever I’ve need more clarity in my life or motivation to get myself going I’ll look back at my personal mission statement and think of my answer to that question. Continue reading
