Today, let’s not over-complicate things.
To lose fat you should do a few things:
- Eat better
- Progress both 1 and 2 every week
Start somewhere with exercise and do a little more every week – you will lose fat in time.
In terms of eating better again start somewhere. Make one change to your diet and once you are comfortable that you can keep that change up then change something else.
Progressing every week by exercising more and eating a bit better will get you results – just stay consistent.
I know this was a short and super simple post, but I believe a lot of people put way too much pressure on themselves in regards to losing fat or losing weight. This pressure paralyzes them and they do nothing.
Get started and then focus on progress.
