I just spent the last three and a half hours working on an improved system for my clients to help them achieve MASSIVE success.
I haven’t quite finished it up yet, but I have to say that I’m super excited to get it finished up and start implementing it with them!
I’ve been using certain methods for a while now, but wanted to be even more organized and offer MORE to my clients.
You see, I’m constantly trying to find ways to do things better – researching better training methods, better assessments, better progressions, better nutritional strategies, better mindset development tools, and so on.
I really can’t say enough how much I want my clients to succeed. They put in so much effort every session and I want to make sure they have every tool available to accomplish their goals.
You may not be a fitness professional, but I can guarantee there are things you can improve upon.
We can all work to become better family members, better friends, and happier and healthier people.
Today, I encourage you to spend some time thinking about a few ways that you can improve in different areas of your life.
Brainstorm for 10 or 15 minutes and then pick one thing to start implementing in your life.
To become the best version of ourselves, we have need to reflect on how we can improve – this short exercise will help you out with that.
