Last night I watched a documentary on Netflix called “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead.”
This documentary followed the journey of an Australian man named Joe Cross who went on a 60 day juice fast to help him lose weight and regain his health.
The documentary was really quite inspiring.
Joe ended up losing 100 pounds and getting off of all his medications – all from juicing – drinking only fruits and vegetables. Check out the trailer below:
Now, am I suggesting you go on a 60-day juice fast? Not necessarily, but I definitely think you should check out the documentary to see the amazing power of the human spirit and what can be accomplish with a bit of dedication.
We are capable of completely changing our lives – we just have to decide to do so.
Is it easy to change your life? No. Is it worth it? HELL YES!
