Besides keeping up with my blog I also “work” as a Personal Trainer at the North Shore Wisconsin Athletic Club located in the Milwaukee suburb of Glendale.
To be honest, I seriously don’t feel like it is work at all. I am able to work with people to help change their lives and this is a tremendous amount of fun for me. I LOVE my job.
On top of working at the Wisconsin Athletic Club I also do a bit of in-home training and online training.
Milwaukee In-Home Personal Training
Although I think working out in a gym is a great environment to get incredible results I do understand that not everyone likes to workout in a gym.
You may be intimidated by the whole gym environment or simply enjoy working out in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Knowing that you may not like working out in a gym I offer in-home training in the Milwaukee area where I literally come to your house and guide you through workouts and work with you on your nutrition to help you get the results you desire.
In-home training can be done with very little space and the best part is you don’t even have to have equipment there. I’ll bring over mobile equipment to help ensure you get a great workout.

Online Personal Training
Another option for personal training I offer is online personal training. With this method of training I send you workouts to do each week, work with you on strategies to improve you nutritional habits, and am there as a support system for you.
You can expect weekly emails and texts, the occasional video, and explanations for every part of your customized program, walking you through it step by step.
My Coaching Style
I like to have fun with my clients, laugh a bit, and put in some solid work. Personal training doesn’t have to be boring and monotonous.
Will you work hard in one of my session? Of course, but I’ll never put you through workouts that you can’t handle or that you are not ready for.
If you are a beginner to exercise or haven’t worked out in a while, we’ll take things slow and build up a base for you to have success going forward.
The last thing I can say about my coaching style is this: The goal of my sessions are to eventually give you the ability to exercise on your own. Of course I hope that you’ll want to continue training with me and I believe you can get much better, more consistent results with a personal trainer, but if you decide to stop your sessions at some point you’ll need to know how to properly exercise and manage your eating habits.
I realize that most people will not hire a personal trainer for the rest of their lives. If after you have completed sessions with me you end up gaining weight back or getting out of shape again this is a problem and I don’t want this at all.
