Is Aerobic Training Worth The Effort?

I’m a huge fan of exercise – big shocker, I know.

In general, doing some exercise is better than doing no exercise, however, the type you choose can go a long way in determining the results you get.

As a personal trainer I’ve seen way too many people only do aerobic training. They’ll hop on the elliptical for an hour or a half hour a few times a week and that is it for exercise. Continue reading
