Today in Milwaukee it is a brisk 7 degrees outside right now – another below freezing winter day in Milwaukee.
Though it may be a bit below the average temperature this time of year, this cold is expected. Those of us living in Milwaukee know that in winter it will be cold – rather obvious.

In the last few weeks I’ve been transitioning from living in Green Bay to living in Milwaukee and with this transition of course comes the task of moving all of my clothes, furniture, bed, and other possessions.
Luckily, I had a good friend of mine with a truck help me transport my bed back to Milwaukee and also another friend of mine help me carry things to my car making the daunting task of moving a bit less daunting.

Jerry contacted me in the summer of 2012 looking to do what so many other people want to do – lose weight.
At that time Jerry weighed 270 pounds and, due to a family history of health problems, he knew that he needed to lose weight.
I was working out of Milwaukee during that summer, but he was in La Crosse. However, he saw that I was offering online personal training and wanted to give it a try.
Within about 6 months of working with Jerry he had lost 45 pounds.
