During my last cheat day (The one day a week I get to eat whatever I want) I decided to measure out just how much of the Lucky Charms cereal I had just poured into the massive bowl I was using.

You see, throughout my years of loving cereal such as Lucky Charms I’d always seen the label, noticed that it was only 110 calories per serving, and gone to town, eating till my heart was content.

The S.U.D.S. Workout

The Importance Of Proper Rest Intervals

I just finished up a rather intense metabolic resistance training session.

For this particular session these are the exercises I used:

Dumbbell Squat to a Dumbbell Shoulder Press to a Dumbbell Reverse Lunge
TRX Row
Kettlebell Swing
Push Ups

I did these in a circuit with no rest between exercises and about 60 seconds of rest between each circuit.

By the time I had finished 5 of these circuits I was sweating buckets and the entire workout had only lasted about 20 minutes. Continue reading
