Ah yes, another year in the books.
2013 was a rather enjoyable year for me.
I started out the year in San Francisco with one of my best friends. We were able to spend a week exploring San Fran, Berkeley, and even Palo Alto for a bit. We were also able to attend the Packers vs 49ers playoff game! It was without a doubt one of the most fun trips of my life and a trip I’ll never forget. Continue reading
In the last few weeks I’ve been transitioning from living in Green Bay to living in Milwaukee and with this transition of course comes the task of moving all of my clothes, furniture, bed, and other possessions.
Luckily, I had a good friend of mine with a truck help me transport my bed back to Milwaukee and also another friend of mine help me carry things to my car making the daunting task of moving a bit less daunting.
Today, I just finished up moving my 500+ pounds worth of weights and weight training equipment. Continue reading
I have to admit, I’m on cloud 9 after the Green Bay Packer’s win over the Chicago Bears tonight to secure their spot in the playoffs.
I’ve been a Packer fan all of my life and it is great to see them have so much success over the years.

Now, those bad habits you accumulated over the last decade or two of your life have lead to you not only being overweight, but also having health problems like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes.
Does the idea of getting back in shape seem impossible to you? Continue reading
Today I just wanted to say Merry Christmas to everyone out there! I absolutely love the holidays and these are without a doubt some of my favorite times of the year. I also wanted to say thank you to everyone … Continue reading

So I may be speculating a wee bit here, but I feel like I have a pretty solid grasp on what Santa Claus does to prepare for his one night of delivering presents to people all around the world.
Before I break down his training I have to first start with an analysis of his respective “Sport” just as I would with any other athlete I would work with. Continue reading
I love challenges. My 400 posts in 400 days challenge and my push up challenge are examples of this. Challenges allow you to see what your limits are and I think that is what interests me the most. A few … Continue reading
There will be millions of people who come up with New Year’s Resolutions for 2014 and you are probably one of them.
Now, I’m not opposed to people having a New Year’s Resolution, but at the same time I do think it is funny that we wait till this arbitrary day to make changes in our life.
What is stopping you from making a change in your life today? Continue reading
